Returns

The following notes describe a practical approach to returns for items purchased at the physical location.

Eligibility

Unopened products in resalable condition may be returned within the period stated on your receipt, subject to local consumer rules.

Bring the item and proof of purchase to the service counter. Staff will verify condition and timeframe before proceeding.

Approved refunds use the original payment method where technically possible. Timing may depend on payment networks.

Opened consumables may be excluded unless a manufacturing defect is documented according to supplier guidelines.
